Westminster House Tea with Friends will celebrate our 42 years of providing services to women.
Tea With Friends will take place at the beautiful Burnaby Lake Pavilion, with stunning panoramic views of Burnaby Lake. The event kicks off at noon with a high tea social hour followed by short presentations. Enjoy a fancy spread of tea sandwiches, mini quiche, scones, cakes, desserts, and more.
This year we will pay tribute to Grace Woods, the former director of Westminster House. Alumnae Linda Lane Devlin will present Grace’s family with a plaque that will be hung in homage to Grace whose role in our programs was instrumental and historical. Read more about Grace here
In addition, we will have a short testimony from one of our recent alumnae followed by closing remarks from Executive Director, Susan Hogarth.
