WHS’ Clean-Up New West 2022 was a huge success. With the help of our clients, alumnae, friends, and community we were able to collect a whopping 1776.6lbs of garbage! Taking place at Tipperary Park, the event featured a city-wide clean-up, garbage weigh-in, prizes, live entertainment, and complimentary lunch provided by Rethink Real Estate Group. Collection highlights included 2 kitchen sinks, almost 2lbs of cigarettes butts, a car transmission, bathtub, BBQ, couch, tires, and car bed frame just to name a few. We also had a special Task Force assigned to collect sharps and other hazardous materials. WHS would like to thank our sponsors – without their generous support we would not have been able to host this event.
